Rates
Rates for the 2007 Season are:
- Daily: $99 plus tax per night. Two night stay minimum. $25 cleaning deposit.
- Weekly: $600 plus tax. Seventh night free. $99 cleaning deposit
- Monthly: $1600 plus tax. $99 cleaning deposit.
Rates are based on an occupancy of two people.
A $75 security deposit is required. This will be refunded within 2 weeks if no damage is incurred.
Reservations
We suggest you book early as June, July and August are the busiest months.
- A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve our vacation rental. Deposits can be made with credit card or money order. No personal checks, please.
- Full refund if reservations are cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date and if the place can be rerented during that time slot. If not, no refunds - but we can schedule another date to rent the unit.
- Please add 6.5% sales tax with your final payment.
